The third day of Random Circles will focus on artistic crossovers and choreographic experiments. We start the day with a concert by the great Frankfurt band Riverside Collective.
At the Artistic Crossover our invited guests will improvise with a live band. Different challenges with various themes will be performed solo, duo or in a group in an unrehearsed dance way. With this format Random Circles tries to create an intersection of the urban scene with the theater world.
The festival ends with the piece "Bounce" by the crew Sons of Wind (S.O.W), founded in 2013 and consisting of dancers, musicians and DJs with Caribbean and African roots, among others. Inspired by the hip-hop culture of the 90s, S.O.W is not only a crew but also a lifestyle that defends a shared cultural heritage. With their dance style characterized by refined movements that are difficult to control, Sons of Wind affirm their strong connection to hip-hop freestyle.
