Ballet Inspired by the Intelligence of Fascia
The training is aimed at contemporary dancers who want to experiment with ballet technique as a tool for their artistic practice. The classes combine ballet with principles of the "Structural Integration" method according to Ida Rolf.
Ballet is essentially a study of physics and therefore asks questions such as: What is the relationship of my body and its parts to gravity? And how can I make this relationship more economical? Let's discover together the universal laws of the body to free ourselves from the constraints of aesthetics.
