With "CORE", the legendary Portuguese choreographer Rui Horta questions nothing less than the essence of our human togetherness: What constitutes our togetherness? How can this be shaped? What roles do voice, song, body and movement play? In this participatory project, Horta invites 40 people from the Rhine-Main region, with and without previous experience in dance and on stage, to explore these questions with him by reciting, singing, making music and dancing. The result is a soundscape of voice and body that moves audience and performers alike.
