"It's all about us and the music" - Random Circles is a worldwide unique platform for dance, music, creativity, passion and artistic and cultural exchange. After the successful takeover of the Künstler*innenhaus Mousonturm last year, the Frankfurt Cipher Dojo community, together with their friends from all over the world, will for the first time occupy the Zoogesellschaftshaus not far from the Mousonturm and celebrate movement and music with workshops, battles, jam & connect sessions, artistic crossovers and extraordinary dance pieces. Founded in 2014, the festival brings together all dance enthusiasts, whether as dancers or as audience, with local and international dancers and musicians. It offers the unique opportunity to not only watch masters of their craft improvise, but to become part of the community yourself. Dancer Edwin Batalla and his crew present diverse genres and styles, connect formats, host cutting-edge pieces by international choreographers and invite you to the battles in various disciplines that are central to Random Circles. The focus is always on artistic exchange. It is the challenge and the confrontation that counts, not the winning.
