Waacking is a dance style that originated in the 1970s in the Black and Latino gay clubs of Los Angeles, and gained visibility through platforms like the US television show "Soul Train." This art form is characterized by fast, expressive arm combinations and movements that evolved in club culture, as well as in other areas such as the film industry (Martial Arts, Jazz Dance).
Waacking is not just a form of dance; it is also a means of self-expression. Dancers use their performances to tell stories and convey emotions. This exchange has made a significant contribution to the diversity of urban dance culture and inspires people worldwide to express their personalities through dance and music, creating an energetic and unique atmosphere.

Sienna's dance background is rooted in classical dance, as well as standard and latin dance. At the age of 15, she encountered the urban dance scene, particularly the style of House Dance, and later joined the dance school Mainhattan Dance (former Dance in Ffm).
In 2014, she complemented her affinity and teaching skills with a scholarship that included IHK certification for urban dance.
During her stay in New York City in 2013, she first encountered the dance style Waacking. Since then, Sienna has been involved in conceptualizing dance battles ("Urban Episode" / "Can't Fake The Funk"), workshops, culture parties ("Back2TheWaack"), and has made Waacking visible through show acts in clubs and theaters ("Brennglas 2020") in collaboration with the Urban Culture Support association.
