The session is structured as an evolution, starting on the floor to standing, to movement in space. The classes draw knowledge from various methods such as - Release, Yoga,  and Contact improvisation. Together we will practice alertness to all that the present moment holds, we will follow the movement of our body weight, of gravity and elevation. We will allow the body to soften and open, enabling a gathered and soft quality simultaneously. We will encourage a return to primal and effective movement patterns that yield simplicity power and grace.
