In this training and workshop we invite the states of being moved by activating voice, breath and movement. We ll discover how they support our creative/artistic process and our human development. Being moved means, moving and expressing yourself through a state of flow. Everybody knows those moments when the mind becomes the dictator and challenges us with judgement and overthinking. And everone knows the moment when the mind calms down and allows free flowing, improvising, spontaneity and trusting our intuition. What I offer is the practice of surrendering to the intelligence and wisdom of the body-mind alignment and its co-creation potential, in order to find ways into our full creative and emotional expression, self-empowerment, with clear boundaries, flow and consciousness.
Being moved: The art of celebration
Party and celebration? What is that? I guess after some pandemic time, most of us feel the importance of brining back these moments of inner freedome, where we are moved by a good dancefloor - powered by spring time energy. This training offers to enter the states of being moved by the power of celebration. It s a practice that derives from the Ecstatic body floor (online) that Simon Mayer hosts every friday since the beginning of the pandemic. Also this training, is in essence a hosted dancefloor that dives into different qualities and forms of celebration and how they move us (Joy, sadness, anger, silence, music, coffee…) It's the perfect start into the day. Digesting information, discovering my personal warm up or preparing for the day (emotionally, physically and mentally) and getting in contact with myself so I m ready to meet others. It s the training of staying in contact with my personal playliste - with what my body needs at this moment.
