Contemporary ballet
The class is made up of different approaches of ballet technique and contemporary dance. The warm-up begins with improvisation exercises to explore the three-dimensionality of the body in space. The exercises on the barre ranges from simple to complex movement series, increasing in space through changes of dynamics and changes of position, which sharpen the sense of movement.
He uses his interest in different musical styles to develop movement qualities and rhythms within the combination.
The aim is to explore ballet technique in contemporary dance as a tool, giving participants more freedom of movement and awareness of their own movement potential.
The training is designed for both contemporary and ballet dancers.
