Classes begin with conditioning the body through yoga and movements. We immerse ourselves in traditional Indian games that help to enjoy and experience life to the fullest. The games involve physical stamina, precision and mutual trust. The next part of the class is about playing with momentum, tension, power-based technique and dynamic floor exercises that allow individuals to discover organic body rhythms and floor connections. We use body toning and martial arts exercises to keep energy levels high throughout the class. In my class we will focus on partner coordination exercises for attention and concentration. The class ends with physically challenging multidirectional phrases and vocabulary from my research.

Flying Low
Inspired by David Zambrano, I will present a series of phrases and exercises that experiment with the Flying Low principles. Flying Low classes focus mainly on the dancer's relationship to the floor. Classes use simple movement patterns involving breathing, speed and the release of energy throughout the body to activate the relationship between the centre and the joints, moving in and out of the floor more efficiently by maintaining a centred state. There is a focus on skeletal structure to improve dancers' body awareness and attention. Classes include partner work and movement phrases that explore the primary laws of physics: Cohesion and Expansion.

"Dancing language is to express feelings and emotions as I perform. Through my dancing, I can connect to my inner self and experience life at its best. This has come through life experience, years of training, practice, and observation of my
teaching and performing. “
