Ballet for Contemporary Dancers
A simple and fulfilling ballet technique class focusing on rhythm and effortless movement. By using breath and the force of gravity, we keep our movements flowing, free, and expansive.Accompanied by a variety of music, this class encourages dynamic movement and full-body engagement. We begin with a warm-up that includes both physical preparation and mindfulness, followed by a cool-down to release any built-up tension and start the day feeling relaxed. Simple combinations help us refine our foundational technique — including turns, jumps, and flowing port de bras — allowing us to explore musicality and expression.

Now retired as a dancer, Paul lives and works on an olive farm outside of Tortosa. In recent years, he has had the honor of performing locally at the Artéria Festival, Toc’am Festival de Piano, and Placebo (Forn de la Canonja).
