Articulation in joints,
directions through bones will be focus in class. We aim to increase a wider range in movement possibilities, while finding flexibility combined with stability and clear decision making into space using momentum. Anatomical images, hands-on-work and task oriented movement sequences/explorations will support an understanding of movement mechanics and habits. Class creates space for individual needs, intentions, explorations looking for the playfulness in creating and dancing. The complexity of movement variations, invites to step out of ones own comfort zone.
